Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in unused, unopened, and original condition. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and include all components originally delivered.

Items missing any components or showing signs of use may result in the return being rejected.

Before a return can be authorized, customers must provide:

  • Photos of the product from all angles

  • Photos of the exterior and interior of the packaging

  • A short video showing the overall condition of the item

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Items must be in unused, unopened, original condition, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
